Ripple has added former RBI Governor Raghuram Rajan to the speaker lineup for Swell 2026 in New York. Rajan is scheduled to attend the invitation-only Institutional Summit on October 27, although Ripple has not yet disclosed his discussion topic or session format. The event will also mark the first time Ripple combines Swell with its XRPL Apex developer conference.
