Google Launches Gemini 3.8 Flash TTS Models With Custom Voice Creation and Control

Google has launched Gemini 3.8 Flash TTS and Flash-Lite TTS for developers and users across its AI products. The new models support custom voice generation, voice replication and detailed control over speech delivery. Gemini 3.8 Flash TTS focuses on creative voice generation and long-form audio, while Flash-Lite targets larger-scale applications such as dubbing and voice agents. Both models support more than 100 languages and are available through Google AI Studio and the Gemini API, with wider product rollouts underway.
