J Infratech Ltd has submitted preliminary papers for an initial public offering valued at Rs 600 crore. The IPO includes a fresh issue and an offer for sale by its promoters. The Haryana-based firm, established in 2005, focuses on infrastructure projects such as roads and bridges. Proceeds from the IPO will support working capital and repay borrowings, among other corporate purposes.
