Amazon has introduced a new Fire TV Stick 4K with a quad-core processor, 8GB storage and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity. The streaming device runs on Vega OS and supports 4K video at up to 60fps, while Alexa+ and the redesigned Fire TV interface come built in. Amazon has also updated the Fire TV Remote with tactile controls and a customisable button. The company is simplifying its Fire TV Stick portfolio, while a new Fire TV Remote Plus is planned for 2027.
