Ooty: The Southwest Monsoon has ended in Tamil Nadu, and the Northeast Monsoon is setting in. Consequently, ‘Tamil Nadu Weatherman’ Pradeep John has warned of the possibility of heavy rainfall and the risk of landslides in Ooty.
