Russia Diesel: Diesel prices in the United States are rising sharply. With the midterm elections just 10 days away, U.S. President Donald Trump has entered into an agreement with Russia aimed at lowering diesel prices. Following this agreement, an initial shipment of 40,000 metric tons of diesel has been dispatched from Russia to the United States.
