‘I felt great’: Alcaraz makes stunning US Open return after 139 days out with injury

Carlos Alcaraz returned to tennis after a long injury layoff. He played his first match in 139 days at the US Open. Alcaraz secured a convincing victory against Roman Safiullin in straight sets. The young Spaniard confirmed he was playing pain-free and felt great. He expressed happiness and a desire to enjoy every match.
