The Classic Carcassonne Board Game Drops to Its Lowest Price in Years

Carcassonne is a classic tile placement strategy board game for two to five players and an average playtime of around 35 minutes. During each turn, a player draws and places landscape tiles, which includes roads, cities, fields, and monasteries. Each player can also deploy up to seven meeples to claim features and score points. For example, a farmer tills a field, monks inhabit monasteries, knights guard cities, and highwaymen lurk on roads. Like any good board game, Carcassonne is a mostly strategic game with a healthy dose of luck, so every game is different and there is tons of replayability. It’s also a great game for newcomers because the rules are simple and the gameplay is intuitive. It’s easy to get into it but takes time to master.
