The Mahindra Thar OG comes with a stiffer platform, new suspension setup, more features and two new colour options over the old model. Buyers get a choice of three engines – an 119hp 1.5-litre diesel, a 152hp 2.2-litre diesel and a 162hp 2.0-litre direct-injection turbo-petrol. Transmissions include a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic, while RWD and 4WD options are available depending on the variant. The Mahindra Thar OG is priced between Rs 10.32 lakh and Rs 18.99 lakh (ex-showroom).
