During his India visit, Marco Rubio will meet Reliance chairman Mukesh Ambani in Jamnagar to discuss refining more Venezuelan oil. Reliance’s refineries can process the country’s heavy crude, while US efforts to expand production face aging infrastructure challenges in Venezuela.
