Canva Craft Image Generator Now Available Globally With Support for 55 Languages, 30 Aspect Ratios

Canva has introduced Craft, an image generation model designed to create both realistic images and design-focused visuals. Developed by Canva Research, it uses a two-stage process to plan image composition before rendering the final result. The model was trained on millions of templates from Canva’s content library and supports editable outputs through Magic Layers. It also ranked first in the People and Portraits and Landscapes and Nature categories on DesignArena. Canva is developing faster, lower-cost versions called Craft-fast and Craft-ultrafast.
