Corsair’s Vanguard Air 99 Keyboard Is Already £50 Off

Corsair isn’t exactly known for making budget gaming peripherals, and the Vanguard Air 99 is very much aimed at the higher end of the keyboard market. It’s a premium wireless gaming keyboard built for players who want a combination of performance, customisation and a few more bells and whistles than you’ll find on a basic mechanical board.

The keyboard uses Corsair’s MLX Pulse linear mechanical switches, with the low-profile design aimed at delivering fast and responsive inputs while keeping things relatively quiet. There’s also a 8,000Hz polling rate, which means the keyboard can report inputs extremely quickly, helping minimise latency when you’re gaming.

It’s a 96% layout, too, giving you a more compact footprint than a traditional full-sized keyboard while retaining the dedicated arrow keys and number pad. That makes it a potentially good middle ground if you don’t want to sacrifice functionality just to save a bit of desk space.
