Shreyas Iyer smashed an unbeaten 102 off 43 balls against the West Indies in Lucknow, becoming the first Indian captain to score a T20I century while chasing. He surpassed Virat Kohli’s previous record of 94. Iyer is now India’s third captain with a T20I hundred, while Pakistan’s Babar Azam remains the global record-holder with 122.
