‘My reputation has been tarnished’: Gardner opens up on affair and marriage breakdown

Australian cricketer Ash Gardner has addressed the alleged affair with teammate Georgia Voll that contributed to the end of her marriage to Monica Wright. Gardner admitted she was “naive” about how public the situation would become and said her reputation had been “tarnished”. She acknowledged Wright’s perspective, reflected on the difficult period and said her focus is now on moving forward.
